A’ Design Award-winning design, permanently in the 40 x 40 Budapest Design Collection , also showcased in Milan Design Week, Mexico Design Week, and successfully funded a Kickstarter campaign for a limited edition.
FORM ELEVATES FUNCTION

Parametric exploration of the cuboctahedron, an Archimedean solid, meets stereotomy and becomes a fully assembled, 16 pieces 3D puzzle. The geometrical properties of the design allow for the planter to be clustered or placed individually in 7 different positions.
The concept came as a challenge to create the flagship of my style, merging symmetry, geometry and math.
Depending on the angle it looks as a square, rhomboid or more importantly an hexagon (my Design Studio is called Hexagon). The design was intentionally complex.
H-02 was intended from the beginning for retail, thus adjustments were done to perfect its manufacturability and quality.
The standard collection consists of three sizes and colors made of natural wood veneer.
