EMILIA
HYBRID ACOUSTIC GUITAR
Body: Indian Rosewood
Neck: Ebony / Mahogany
Silk & Steel Strings

Music is the greatest gift my father taught me, Emilia was my way of saying thank you. After an intensive deep dive with experts and 400 hours of labor, I developed incremental techniques to enhance volume, playability and structure in the quest for impeccable harmonics.
DESIGN AS AN INCREMENT TO TRADITION
TIMELESS I DILIGENT I METHODICAL
I visited Martins factory in Pennsylvania as one of my first steps to deep dive into the extenuating design and manufacturing process of a high quality acoustic guitar. I got backstage access, the workers were extremely knowledgable and kind, the best part is I was allowed to purchase material for my guitar!
Paul Nieto (Manhattan) , Rachel Rosenkrantz (Rhode Island) and Gary Lee (New Jersey) are three extraordinary luthiers that I got the privilege of learning from.
Different strategies where incorporated during manufacture to make this a metal/nylon string hybrid guitar. It has a suspended neck for enhanced acoustics, a free-stretch soundboard and back for volume and, a lateral sound port for truthful projection, to name some. Sober design whit obsessive and meticulous attention to detail, where every element even if ornamental, fulfills a functional purpose.
